Palm Desert, Ca. – Congressman Ken Calvert’s office recently held a Small Business Coalition Roundtable to hear from constituents about issues and challenges facing the business community. The meeting was hosted at a small business in Palm Desert called Big Wheel Tours, owned by Evan Trubee, City of Palm Desert Councilmember.
It was a fruitful meeting with about about 25 people in attendance including the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce CEO, Katie Stice, representing the chamber’s 600 members and 20,000 employees locally.
The chamber is a voice for business, a convener of leaders and influencers and a catalyst for growth.
