“A congratulations, on behalf of the Consulate General of Canada in Los Angeles, to Porter Airlines  on their new routes to San Diego and Palm Springs. These routes will support the more than 2.6  million people that travel between Canada and California every year for business, tourism, academic  and cultural collaboration, along with visits to family and friends. I am certain these routes will also  help to reinforce the already strong Canadian business connections in the region, particularly given  recent prominent Canadian investments in key local industries, such as life sciences, technology  and defence.” –     Zaib Shaikh, Consul General of Canada in Los Angeles

“Porter’s new service to Palm Springs and San Diego complements its rapidly growing list of routes  offered from Toronto Pearson.
