Palm Springs, Calif. – The Palm Springs Power released their complete preseason 2024 promotional schedule on Wednesday. The Power have a variety of promotional nights throughout the season including Micromania Wrestling, Pride Night, Inside Out Night and Hispanic Heritage Night.
The Power season starts with Opening Night Fireworks on Friday May 31 presented by Eisenhower Health. Opening weekend continues on Saturday June 1 with Youth Baseball and Softball night. All youth baseball and softball players receive free admission with their jersey.
The Power are proud to support numerous communities throughout the valley.
The annual Palm Springs Gay Softball League Pride Night presented by Blackbook Bar is scheduled for Wednesday June 12. The night will include honoring LGBTQ+ community members and a national anthem performance by the Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus.
Hispanic Heritage Night presented by Las Casuelas Terraza is slated for Tuesday June 18 and will include giveaways from local businesses.
Palm Springs Stadium hosts their first ever Adaptive Athletes Night on Saturday July 6 partnering with SoCal Adaptive Sports to bring accessible games to the community.
The Power will also honor some of the community’s most essential workers with Hometown Heroes Night on Tuesday, July 2 with free admission with ID for all firefighters, police officers and teachers. Fire trucks will be on display for fans.
Armed Forces Appreciation Night in conjunction with the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms is scheduled for Saturday June 22 with all active and retired US Armed Forces Members receiving free admission.
Palm Springs Stadium also has fun for the whole family big and small all summer including Bark in the Park Day on Friday June 21 with fans encouraged to bring their furry friends. The Mayor of Idyllwild golden retriever Mayor Max will deliver the first pitch and complimentary dog treats will be available.
Inside Out Night on Wednesday June 26 celebrates mental wellness with interactive activities and guest speakers at the ballpark. And Friday July 5 is Boomers Night, with the first 100 kids to enter the stadium receiving a free two hour play pass at Boomers of Palm Springs.
Power traditions also return for the 2024 season. MicroMania Wrestling presented by The Dragon’s Den is Saturday June 8 with a postgame professional wrestling match on the diamond after the baseball game.
The Power’s Fourth of July Extravaganza presented by the City of Palm Springs is back for another night of baseball, americana and the biggest postgame fireworks show in the desert.
Other nights include City of Palm Springs Night on Friday June 21 and City of Rancho Mirage Night on Friday June 14 where residents of the respective cities receive free admission and food.
The Power also have weekly promotions. Tuesdays are three dollar beer nights with drafts of Bud Light and Budweiser available for just three dollars. Fans can enjoy four dollar margaritas every Wednesday courtesy of Luxury Pools Design and Construction. All Saturdays are Jack in the Box Kids Days with all kids 12 and under receiving free admission.

The Palm Springs Power are a summer collegiate baseball team playing all games at Palm Springs Stadium. The Power are a member of the California Premier Collegiate League and the league’s inaugural champions in 2023.
