New Certified Farmers’ Market in Rancho Mirage Announces Ribbon Cutting Event to Kick-Off Friday Markets

March 3, 2021 (Rancho Mirage, CA) – Christiana Green, founder of the Indian Wells Certified Farmers’ Market on Thursdays, brings the fresh foods and artisan finds to Rancho Mirage starting this Friday, March 5th from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Atrium at 69930 Highway 111, Rancho Mirage. In the summer months, the market will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 5th by the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce to kick off the Friday market series and give a warm welcome to Rancho Mirage. Shoppers can expect about 40 vendors with a variety of options including fresh fruits and vegetables, floral, baked goods, artisan clothing and gifts, meats, poultry and fish, coffee and teas, soups, pizza, tamales and more! Earlier this year, Green opened the Indian Wells Certified Farmers’ Market with great success week after week. Area businesses have been vocal about the boost they have received with the new activity and The Atrium merchants are excited for the new partnership as well.

I absolutely love having a store inside of The Atrium. The location is right in the center of the valley. The high ceilings, sky lights and terra cotta tile walls are timeless. Many people think it is a mid-century period structure but it dates back to the 1990s. The Atrium has been through a lot of changes over the years and the community is definitely celebrating its renaissance.
