Rancho Mirage, CA. – The Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce has seen a membership jump and reached a milestone this week of 500 active chamber members – and a record 60 joined this summer.

During the pandemic, chamber services were swift to address changing business concerns, safety, resources for loans and grants, and they were constantly relaying information and news while staying present and visible throughout the uncertain time.
“We showed up when the community needed us most and that mattered a great deal to everyone. Now, we’re keeping the momentum going by staying relevant and in touch and in tune with our community. Stice accepted the position as President and CEO in December of 2018 and the organization has seen growth ever since. The staff leadership has an impressive 37 years of local chamber experience and also includes Dawn Nygren, Director of Operations and Events and Anne Blalock, Director of Business Development.
The 500th chamber member is Jocelyn Corominas, Luxury Home Specialist, Keller Williams/Zwemmer Realty Group, who was thrilled by the milestone news and said: “I’m so excited about my membership with the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce and to be the 500th member! I’m looking forward to this partnership and building new relationships.”
About Jocelyn:
Jocelyn Corominas holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University, and had a 20+-year career experience with the foster care and adoption system in Los Angeles County. In March 2022, she became a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Voices for Children, and will continue her commitment to helping children and families within the foster care system.
Jocelyn is also looking forward to embarking on another career experience as a real estate professional. She joins the Zwemmer Realty Group with an excited outlook, ready to work with home sellers and buyers throughout the Coachella Valley. She finds her past and present career experiences to be a perfect fit… through her years interacting with people she developed excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Jocelyn chose real estate to help people achieve their dreams so they can secure retirement and investment goals, and obtain their first home. Jocelyn says “it’s another way I can advocate for people by ensuring their real estate needs are fully met.” Jocelyn has grown children and now lives full-time in the desert; enjoying time with her fiancé, Jeff, spending weekends hiking, working out, listening to music or watching “Roman Holiday”, a favorite movie. Jocelyn is looking forward to interacting with you on your next buying or selling transaction!
