LifeStream Blood Bank is excited to announce our 11th annual 9 Cities Challenge!
Nine cities throughout the Coachella Valley and Low Desert will compete to see which community can collect the most blood. The challenge begins on July 1st and ends August 31st.
The summer months are an extremely difficult time for blood donations, and the goal of this annual challenge is to make sure that all of the hospitals in the Coachella Valley/Low Desert have the lifesaving blood products that their patients desperately need. LifeStream Blood Bank is the Give Where You Live blood bank. All of your donations stay local.
We encourage you to partner with existing blood drives or consider hosting your own. Another way you can support your city, and help them win, is by providing items that donors would love to receive. You’d be surprised what the smallest incentive can do to bring you citizens in your community to support local blood collection.
