Rancho Mirage, Calif. (September 18, 2023)—The Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House is seeking volunteers ages 21 and over to assist at its seventh-annual A Few Good Men and Women Gala, taking place Friday, September 29, 2023 at the Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage. Volunteer shifts begin at 4:30 p.m. and conclude at 10:30 p.m. Duties involve serving as greeters, working the registration table alongside IERMH staff, recording bids during the event’s ten Live Auctions, breaking down tables and chairs after the event has concluded, and other tasks as needed. Since opening on September 12, 1996, the House has served more than 28,000 family stay requests from Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
