This one-of-a-kind property has a rich history—including an original Adobe building built in the 1920’s which used to act as a lodge along the Butterfield Stagecoach route and most recently, the Villas hotel which closed in the late 2000’s In 2017 , Prospect purchased the property and redeveloped into a 55+ all-inclusive, active community.
