I am writing along with Eevet Edens, Executive Director of The Desert Care Foundation, to request a donation of a 2- night stay or another prize for our silent auction to raise money for The Desert Cancer Foundation. The Westin Mission Hills Resort and Spa will be hosting a Halloween Bash on October 29th to honor a local legend who produced events and parties over the last 28 years.
Mr. BB Ingle passed away on October 6, 2020, due to cancer. We hope to raise funds in B.B. honor on the first anniversary month of his passing for the Desert Cancer Foundation. B.B.’s favorite event was his annual Halloween Bash; please find a way to support our endeavor to honor this Coachella Valley Icon.

MISSION & HISTORY Desert Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping pay for cancer care for local valley residents in need of financial assistance. Desert Cancer Foundation (DCF) was founded in 1994 by valley oncologist, Dr. Sebastian George, and Art & Cory Teichner, to pay for cancer treatment for valley residents who lacked medical insurance or sufficient funds to pay for vital medical care. Our vision is that no one should forgo life-saving treatment due to their inability to pay
Patient Assistance Program & Who We Serve DCF’s Patient Assistance Program provides financial assistance for cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment for residents of the Coachella Valley and surrounding communities who otherwise could not afford the cost of vital care. The program provides access to medical treatment for uninsured or underinsured individuals, by covering the cost of insurance premiums, deductibles, co-pays/co-insurance, and prescription medication, including chemo and radiation therapies.
