CVEP, City of Rancho Mirage and Rancho Mirage Chamber Team Up to Get PPE Out to Businesses
Rancho Mirage, CA. – The Coachella Valley Economic Partnership (CVEP) provided Coachella Valley small businesses with more than $1 million in personal protective equipment (PPE). The program known as the “Million Mask Giveaway” made possible by the California Governor’s
Office of Emergency Services (CalOES). CVEP partnered with all Coachella Valley cities to assist in the distribution of 1,440,000 face masks, 96,000 16.9 oz bottles of hand sanitizers, and 40,400 face shields to small businesses.
The City of Rancho Mirage has partnered with the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce for distribution of 30,000 masks, 1,000 face shields and over 2,000 hand sanitizers.

The equipment will keep employees and customers safe while saving the businesses some money in a time of crisis. In order to qualify, your business must be located in Rancho Mirage; chamber members and nonmembers are welcome to the supplies while they last with general allowances allotted by industry.
