This year’s kitten season has brought unprecedented challenges to the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, with record intake numbers pushing our cat population to over 300. Our shelter’s maximum capacity for all animals is 170, and we’re struggling to accommodate this influx. Our kennels are overcrowded, some kennels having to house four to five cats each due to a lack of space.
We need your support now more than ever. Thanks to Silvercrest , all adoptions are PAID FOR on August 17th and 18th. This means NO COST to you to adopt a pet. Your help can make a huge difference, whether through adoption or by spreading the word.
