Rancho Mirage, CA (Oct. 1, 2019) – Agua Caliente Casinos announced today the rollout of a free mobile app that will allow players convenient and instant access to all that Agua Caliente Casinos have to offer.
Casino and resort guests will be able to download the new app for free on iOS and Android devices. The app was designed to feature both Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage and in Palm Springs, CA, simply by toggling back and forth. Guests will also enjoy a full website experience with easy to use navigation.
ACE Club card holders will be able to use the app to instantly access account information such as: ACE Club points, Resort Credits, card level status displaying how far a player has to go to achieve the next card tier, monthly offers, win/loss statements and W2G’s, promotional reminders, and even contact a casino host. Guests will also be able to buy concert tickets at The Show, schedule a spa appointment in the award-winning Sunstone Spa, book a hotel room in the AAA Four Diamond Forbes Travel Guide Recommended resort, text to retrieve their car from the valet, or reserve a highly sought-after table at The Steakhouse, located at both Agua Caliente Casino properties.
An exciting and advanced feature called Cardless Connect will allow players to store their ACE Club card on their phone, within the app, using Bluetooth technology which will eliminate the need to put their card in the slot machine to earn points and Free Play. Players will never again have to worry about losing their players’ card or standing in line because everything they need will be right on their phone.
