Rancho Mirage, CA: Help us support the Rancho Mirage High Schools’ Chef Chopped Challenge where Local Chefs will be competing in a chopped competition just like on the T.V. Show Chopped! There will be special judges for this incredible day.
RM High Culinary Program Fundraiser
Attendees will also be given a passport when they enter, visit the different country’s food stations, and be entered into a very special Gift Basket drawing.
For the your tasting pleasure there will be special student chef stations set and prepared by the CAFÉ Students:
Asian: A variety of Asian inspired foods, Vegan, Gluten free, stir fry hot station.
German: A variety of German based foods, hot stations and passed samples.
Spanish/ Hispanic: A variety of Spanish and Latin America dishes, hot station and passed samples.
French: A Variety of the sweets from France, hot station and passed samples.
American regional: A variety of Americas own food, hot station and passed samples.
Jewish inspired: A Variety of Middle Eastern dishes, some Vegan and some Gluten free.
Italian: A Variety of northern and southern Italy dishes, Vegan and meat based.
There will also be a large variety of sweet desserts put together for your dinning pleasure and a raffle with some AMAZING Prizes.

100% of the proceeds from the event is being donated back to the Rancho Mirage High School Café Culinary Arts Program.
